Rossini Reloaded is a tribute to the great composer Gioachino Rossini, whose music is distinguished by its extraordinary rhythmic brilliance and a kind of exhilarating frenzy that lends it an almost surreal quality.
Inspired by Rossini’s dynamic compositions, this collective tale unfolds as a “non-story”: a fantastic yet plausible allegory of everyday life of human connection and disconnection constantly suspended between conflict and dialogue, seduction and disillusionment.
Rossini Reloaded is a choral dance about relationships told through movement rather than explanation, through the expressive creativity of bodies. It carries an ironic tone even in its more tragic moments, revealing fragments that illuminate the most intimate and genuine aspects of ourselves.
